Such a great idea and very well constructed. It’s like having a professionally made dental mouth guard. Fits perfect because of the quality of the molding material. Great product, easy to use, no boil is a thing, so good job there! Gen 2 needs to be a bit more durable, tethering needs an upgrade, but otherwise well worth the money!

My kid has braces and we use a zone mouthguard for hockey. Since the end of her season last spring she had her braces adjusted over the summer. Replacing the putty took like a total two minutes to remove the old putty and replace with the new. In fact by the time you get done reading this you’ll probably be 1/2 through the amount of time it takes to swap fits.

Not the colors I ordered

Received product this week, upon opening I received 1 all yellow starter kit and 1 all blue starter kit. Was really hoping for the colors I ordered.( Red and poppy pink). I will still be using the kits I received as your product is awesome. How long does it take to get a perfect fit?

From unpacking to game-ready usually takes about 60 seconds. Just mix, mold, bite, trim (if needed), and you’re set.

How do I clean and care for my guard?

Rinse under cool water after use, brush gently with mild soap, air-dry, and store in the provided case.

Is Zone Impact safe for youth athletes and those with braces?

Yes - apply orthodontic wax over brackets before molding to protect hardware, then mold as usual. Designed for athletes ages 12 and up.

Can I remold my mouthguard if it’s not right the first time?

Complete Starter Kit: Includes two sets of putty, so you can simply try again with the second set if the first doesn’t work.
